Schneiders Country Naturals

Dear Maple Leaf Foods,

Kudos to launching your “Country Naturals” products. The press says the products are “made only with authentic and recognizable ingredients like lemon juice, sea salt celery extract and vinegar – all of which are clearly labeled on the front of each package instead of the on the back.”

From a consumer perspective, this makes the ingredients in your other products seem highly questionable. Ditto for your “Natural Selections” deli line, which “contain no preservatives, artificial ingredients, or fillers.”

My point is, if “natural” is better, why aren’t all your food products made and labeled this way?
