Burt's Bees Baby Bee Original Nourishing Lotion

Dear Burt’s Bees,

Your Baby Bee Original Nourishing Lotion says “98.79% Natural” on the label.

What ingredients qualify as “natural”? Or, put another way, which are the 1.21% non-natural ingredients?

When I compare this lotion to other, more mainstream brands (such as Johnson’s), I see the same types of ingredients on the label.

This product has been recently reformulated and it is now 100% natural.
